Meagan Dawn Sills

Meagan Dawn Sills, 30, of Falling Waters, WV, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, MD. Born September 3, 1991 in Oakland, MD, she was the daughter of Rochele Miller Shawyer and Norman Edward Oster II. In addition to her parents, Meagan is survived by her husband, James Sills, who she was married to for three years and together with for eight years total; one daughter, Scarlet Mae Sills; goddaughter, Kelsey Norris; stepmother, Melissa Clark Oster; stepfather, Timothy Shawyer; four sisters, Erica Oster (John Eboli), Emani Shawyer, Cassandra Cicala (Marty Robinson), and Katie Cicala (Gage Fellers); two brothers, Christopher Collins II (Caitlyn) and Scott Shawyer (Carrisa Shawyer); many nieces and nephews; grandmother, Marian Miller; and grandfather, Lamoyne Clark and his in-laws, Nancy and Donnie Sills, Brandan and Jessica Sills, Tyler and Mandy Fraley, and Thomas and Jessi Hughes. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Donald Miller, Sr. and Norman Edward Oster, Sr.; and grandmothers, Janet Mae Oster-Greenawalt and Sandra Clark. Meagan always dreamed of being a mom and enjoyed taking care of her daughter and husband. She loved cats, dolphins, and swimming. A gathering of friends will be held 5-9pm on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.
