GREEN, Dorothy - Peacefully at home with family by her side on Wednesday, April 27th, 2022 in her 93rd year. Dorothy Green (nee Valiquette) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Norman Green. Dearly loved mother of Kenneth (Janice), Larry (Arden) and Heather (John) Davis. Caring grandmother of Tanya, Tracy, Jeffrey, Melissa, Connor and Eric. Caring great grandmother of Justin, Christopher and Maclean. Caring great great grandmother Kai. Dear sister of Terry (Donna) Valiquette. Predeceased by brother Gordon Valiquette, and by sister Blanche (the late Patrick) Gervais. Respecting Dorothy's wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Neville Funeral Home, 491 Isabella St., Pembroke on Saturday, May 7th, 2022 from noon - 2 p.m. followed by a service in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment of Ashes in St. Columba’s Cemetery, Pembroke. At the request of the Family, masks are required to attend the Visitation and/or Funeral. Extending a special thanks to Mom’s palliative care nurse, Melody Robichaud for the expert and compassionate care that she provided for Mom. Also to Sarah her trusted and amazing service worker, you should know that you were such a beautiful ray of sunshine in her day. To Dr. Murray and all of the palliative care team, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Because of you all, our mom’s journey right through to the final moments of her life was as smooth and as comfortable as could possibly be expected.
