<p>Marilyn Kingbird, age 68, of Redby, MN, passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, surrounded by her family, at Sanford Bemidji Medical Center in Bemidji.</p> <p>Marilyn was born on November 12, 1953, in Red Lake, MN, to Theodore and Pauline (Jourdain) Jones.&nbsp; She made her home in Redby. Marilyn loved to play dice and head to the casino to try her luck. She was a good cook and was famous for her baked beans. Marilyn loved watching sports, especially the Twins and Vikings. She also like watching the Game Show Network. Family meant everything to Marilyn. She loved being a mother, grandmother and spoiling her special grandchildren: D&rsquo;Mykell Cloud, Abby Sargent and Rhiliegh White.</p> <p>She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Shannon Jones, Brian Jones, Garrett Jones; special sons: Rick and Cody Jones; siblings: Mary (Alfred) Berg, Vicki (Gilbert) Juarez, Richard (Brenda) Jones, all her grandchildren who she loved so much as well as many other relatives and friends.</p> <p>Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents; her children: Jason Jones, Lori Jones, Derrick Jones; siblings: Darlene Jones, Betty Jones, Rudine Jones, Aldon &ldquo;Toad&rdquo; Jones, Lori Jones, Annette Jones, Alan Earl Jones and Carolyn Jones.</p> <p>The wake will begin at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, May 2, 2022, at the Redby Community Center and continue until the service at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, with Pastor Tom Pollock officiating. Active casketbearers will be: Deondre Jones, Davion Cloud, Marlyn Black, Jr., Tren Jones, Ryan Jones, Rodney Stillday, Jr., Mark Jones, Francis Neadeau, Gordon Jones and Gary Auginash.&nbsp; Honorary casketbearers will be: Carene Fineday, Deirdra Cloud, Karyn Jourdain, Barb Raske, Gloria Smith, Darilyn Spears, Heather Stillday, KT Jones, Sharon Jones, Rick Jones, Al Jones, Delilah Cloud, Deanne Cloud, Sandy Brown, Melissa Jones, Alfred Berg, Amanda Neadeau, Connie Neadeau, Shalina Jones, Shaleisha White and Gilbert Juarez.
