Susan (Sue) D. Hannam Sue Hannam of Three Lakes, WI, followed the path to heaven on April 27, 2022 at the age of 69. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by those who had the pleasure to know her. Sue was born July 30, 1952 and raised on the Dahle family dairy farm in Clinton, WI. She graduated from high school in 1970 and soon moved to Madison, WI to attend the Madison Academy of Beauty Culture where she graduated in 1971. She worked many years as a hairdresser and opened her own business, Headlines, in Middleton, WI. She married Douglas Hannam in 1985 and had one son, Daniel Hannam. She moved several more times before settling in Three Lakes in 1997. It was there that she made many friends who would make her life so enjoyable. Wine nights and ladies’ trips to Florida were special to her. She spent countless hours tending to her flower garden and was very proud of it. She enjoyed boat rides, camping, shopping, socializing and all the beauty of the Northwoods. She was a dog lover and they were always at her side. She generously volunteered for many local causes and events. Sue was a beautiful person in every possible way. Sue was preceded in death by her parents and a brother David. Sue is survived by her husband Douglas, son Daniel (Holly Trost), brother Michael, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Thanks to the staff of Milestone Senior Living of Eagle River and Compassus Hospice for all their assistance. A celebration of life will be held for Sue on Saturday, September 10 at the Reiter Center, 1858 S. Michigan Street, Three Lakes WI. Guests will be greeted starting at 11:00am, with a memorial service beginning at 11:30am, to be followed by a luncheon.
