Terry “Joe” Blair, 60, of Lucasville, Ohio, passed Thursday, April 28, 2022 at his home. Terry was born January 20, 1962 in Portsmouth, Ohio, the son of the late Boone Blair and India (Smith) Blair. Surviving are four sisters, Sherry DeBord, Christine Blair, Cindy (Steve) Keller and Mary Hatfield, numerous grandchildren, special grandchild, Asia, numerous nieces and nephews and a special friend, Brinda.
