Lori S. Fitzpatrick Obituary

Lori Sue Fitzpatrick was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. After a tough battle with cancer, she left this world laying next to her husband on April 27, 2022 at the age of 60.

She was born to Gary and Geraldine Jaarada on March 17, 1962 in Wyoming, MI. Lori is survived by her husband Kevin, brother Steve Jaarda, sister Kelly (Tom) Nowicki, children Nicole (Mark) Chapman, John (Dawn) Dombrowski, Andrew (Jamie) Dombrowski, step-daughter Kelli (Bret) Hubbard, and grandchildren Amber Chapman, Mason Hubbard, Marcus Chapman, Sophia Addeo, Chase Fitzpatrick, Sylvia Fitzpatrick, John Dombrowski, Peyton Hubbard, Julia Dombrowski, and Maizy Simon-Dombrowski. She is preceded in death by her parents, step-daughter Danielle Fitzpatrick and granddaughter Kayla Chapman.

Lori loved spending time with family and friends. She regularly vacationed in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula with her husband and in-laws and planned yearly vacations around the US with her sister, Nicole, and Kayla. She loved doing arts and crafts and hosting painting parties with her daughters and sister. Lori made fast friends with everyone around her and didn’t hesitate to ensure that others were having fun. She was generous and giving to everyone around her, willing to give her time, energy, and home to anyone who needed it. Lori was comforted in her final days that she would soon be spending time with Kayla and Danielle again in heaven.

Lori’s family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at the Beeler-Gores Funeral Home where her funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 1:00 PM. Pastor Dan Kuhnle will officiate. Burial will take place at Rutland Township Cemetery.
