<p>FRENCHVILLE &ndash; Jacqueline (Jeannine) Tardif, 88, was reunited with her loving husband, Gerard, on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 when she passed away at a Madawaska healthcare facility.&nbsp; She was born on May 6, 1933 in Frenchville, the daughter of the late Leo &amp; Mamie (Pelletier) Michaud.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #145 of Frenchville as well as the Ladies of St. Anne.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Jeannine is survived by her three sons, Ronald Tardif of Frenchville; Donald Tardif and his wife Sonia of Madawaska; Jason Tardif and his wife Michelle of Frenchville; six grandchildren who she loved very much, Kirk Tardif, Donna Michaud &amp; husband Brent of Frenchville, Kyle Tardif &amp; wife Melana of Madawaska; Kelsie Tardif and her companion Colin of Otisfield; Devin Tardif &amp; wife Tabitha of Fort Campbell, Kentucky and Connor Tardif of Frenchville; three great grandchildren, Sophia Tardif, Jacob Lilly andBrently Michaud; three sisters, Viola (Romeo) Hebert of St. David; Carlene (Gil) Boucher of Lewiston, and Claudette Michaud of Madawaska; two brothers,Gerald (Wilma Jean) Michaud of Connecticut and Paul Michaud of Madawaska as well as many nieces and nephews.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>She was predeceased by her husband Gerard;her brother Richard Michaud; a grandson, Bobby Tardif and daughter-in-law Diane Tardif.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 2nd, 2022 at Our Lady of the Valley Parish St. Luce/Frenchville.&nbsp; Family and friends may offer their condolences at Michaud Funeral Home from 8 &ndash; 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The family would like to thank the Ridgewood Estates staff for the kind and compassionate care she received.&nbsp; Donations in her memory may be made to the Ridgewood Estates Activities Fund.&nbsp; Arrangements have been entrusted to Michaud Funeral Home in Frenchville.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Condolences may be sent to www.michaudfuneralhomes.com</p>

FRENCHVILLE – Jacqueline (Jeannine) Tardif, 88, was reunited with her loving husband, Gerard, on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 when she passed away at a Madawaska healthcare facility.  She was born on May 6, 1933 in Frenchville, the daughter of the late Leo & Mamie (Pelletier) Michaud.

 

She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #145 of Frenchville as well as the Ladies of St. Anne.
