Hosea C Logan, Jr.

Hosea Claude Logan, Jr. July 21, 1933 - April 27, 2022 Hosea Claude Logan, Jr., age 88, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away peacefully in his sleep at Kobacker House on Wednesday, April 27, 20222. Hosea is survived by his daughter Laura Zeid (James), granddaughter Megan Schrock (Cole), grandson Samuel, and many friends. Hosea was preceded in death by his wife Sue, his father Hosea, and his mother Clementine. Hosea and Sue lived many places during their 60 years of marriage and made many friends along the way. He enjoyed his time working as an electrical engineer for Bell Labs, AT&T, and American Bell International. During his retirement, he loved working at the Farm Science Review, the Ohio State Fair, and running the elevator at the Schottenstein Center and the Horseshoe. Family will receive guests from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at The Church at Mill Run 3500 Mill Run Drive, Hilliard, OH 43026. Funeral Service and internment to immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Kobacker House, 3430 OhioHealth Parkway, Columbus. 43202.

Hosea encouraged my ailing wife to remain hopeful and peaceful in Jesus. Hosea proactively found opportunities to serve God. Now He is strong and free, safely home.

Didn’t know Hosea long but I know God had his heart. Participated in HARP mission trips with him and though he couldn’t do much physical work lately he was great counsel. PTL

I really enjoyed Hosea. Never knew his last name but worked with him many years. We both shared birthdays July 21st. Also wished him a happy birthday. Then he would say the same to me! Great guy!!
