Aaron Kramer passed away unexpectedly at age 37 on April, 27th, 2022. Aaron was born on October 1st, 1984 in Bemidji, MN. Aaron grew up in Bloomington, IN. He graduated from Bloomington High School South in 2003. Upon graduation from high school, Aaron attended Bemidji State University. This is where he met the love of his life, Shawnna. Aaron and Shawnna were married on October 24th, 2009. In July of 2013, they relocated to Hastings where they resided until the time of Aaron’s passing. Aaron worked at Post Consumer Brands in Northfield. Aaron loved his sassy cat Luna, and all things science and trivia. He had the most eclectic taste in music from rap and rock to indie and blues which made any car ride interesting. Aaron enjoyed watching all forms of racing but Formula 1, Nascar and Nitro Rallycross were his favorite. Baseball was his favorite sport followed closely by soccer. He was known to help his wife cheer on the Wild as well. Going for a drive was one of Aaron’s favorite things to do. He loved discovering new places, good beer and food (especially potatoes). Aaron had a very curious mind and enjoyed learning about the universe. He shared that love with his wife. Aaron had the most infectious laugh and could brighten Shawnna’s day with one smile. His family and friends love him deeply and are devastated by his passing. Aaron was preceded in death by his grandparents. Aaron is survived by his loving wife, Shawnna; mother, Joanne Kramer; father, Kris (Alicia Hitchcock) Kramer; sisters, Sina Kramer (Andrew Dilts) and Courtney Kramer; father and mother in law, Red and Becky Nold; sisters in law, Casey (Skyler) Kottwitz, and Alex (Dan) Korbel; many other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2022 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at Starkson Family Life Celebration Chapel, 3075 Vermillion Street in Hastings.
