<p>Carla Ann Hackney, 51 of Nortonville passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at Baptist Health Deaconess.&nbsp; Born June 20, 1970, to the late David Hartline and the late Brenda Smith Hartline.&nbsp; She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and spent much time studying her Bible.&nbsp; She enjoyed cooking and loved her flowers and her yard.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her grandparents, Monroe &amp; Clara Hartline and Luther &amp; Fannie Smith.</p> <p>Survived by her daughter, Cameron Hartline of Madisonville; brother, Scotty (Cheryl) Hartline of Nortonville; caregiver/cousin, Vicky Bowley of Dawson Springs; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.</p> <p>Graveside service will be held May 7, 2022, &nbsp;at 1:00pm at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Nortonville.&nbsp;</p>

I'm so saddened to hear this. Carla and I were really close in high school and we went to beauty school together. But I know she had her heart right with the Lord. So I know where she is now. Prayers for her family.
