Denise Diane De Leon, 56, passed away April 9th, 2022 during one of her dialysis treatments.

Denise was born on August 5, 1965, in Los Angeles, California to Raymond H Moreno Sr and Camille S Miranda (passed away July 2010). She was the second eldest daughter, her siblings are Edna L Fernandez, Darlene R Moreno (passed away December 2020) and Raymond H Moreno Jr.

She was the mother of 3 daughters Melissa Eberwein, Cynthia De Leon, and Carla De Leon. Mother-in Law to Ronald Eberwein Jr., and grandmother to Jacob Eberwein, Andrew Eberwein, Brayden De Leon, Jeremiah Eberwein (parents Ronald and Melissa Eberwein), Mason and Diane De Leon (Twins of Cynthia De Leon, Diane passed away December 2019).

Denise was such a kind, loving, and outgoing woman with the greatest sense of humor which attracted many amazing people into her life. No matter how hard times got she always had a huge, wonderful smile on her face. She was a devoted, loving, and caring daughter, sister, niece, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, aunt, and friend, who always thought of others first.

Denise is forever in our hearts and memories and will forever be missed.
