Lisa C. Stoeckel (Cook), was a caring wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She left this world on April 22, 2022 after an illness struck her at the age of 61.<br><br>She was born in Norwalk, CA on Sept. 5, 1960 as the second of five children and only daughter to Richard A. Cook and Carolyn Casper Cole. <br><br>Lisa enjoyed a successful career as a commercial insurance agent until circumstances allowed her to follow her lifelong dream of becoming a cosmetologist. She met the love of her life, Steve, in 1988 with whom she remained united ever since. She loved the finer things in life and loved to travel especially to San Francisco and New Orleans. She loved music and going to concerts, the Rolling Stones were among one of her favorites. She loved her friends but most of all she loved her family. Her husband, daughter, grandkids and dogs meant the world to her. She was beautiful, inside and out, and had a heart of gold. She could always light up a room with her eyes and smile. <br><br>She is survived by her husband Steve Stoeckel, her daughter Chanalynn Matthews, her grandchildren Jayde Meints and Jacob McCann, parents Richard Cook and Carloyn Casper Cole and brother Phil Cook. She was preceded in death by her brothers Rick, Ronnie and Arthur Cook and can't forget her dogs Sandy, Eddie, Roxy and Bobo.
