the Family writes --<br><br>David Wheeler, 91, of Revere, MA passed away of natural causes on April 25th, 2022 in New Providence, NJ surrounded by his loving family. He was comfortable and at peace during his final days. <br><br>David is survived by his sister, Alyce Sadler and husband Robert Sadler; his children; Morris Wheeler and daughter-in-law, Joanne Cohen; Susan Rollet and son-in-law Stephane Rollet and Andrew Wheeler and daughter-in-law, Stacey Wheeler. David is also survived by 7 grandchildren: Noah, Zachary, Emile, Luc, Jack, Jenny and David.<br><br>David was born in Boston to Violet and Jacob Wheeler on December 29th, 1930. He graduated from Revere High School in 1948 and went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting at Clark University in 1952 and a law degree from Harvard Law School in 1955. <br><br>David joined the Army after graduating from Harvard and was stationed in Italy and Germany where he was an administrative law clerk. David returned to Boston in 1957 and clerked for the Hon. James J. Ronan of the Massachusetts Supreme Court for a year before joining his first law firm. <br><br>David married Ann Cohen in 1959 and while raising a family, went on to earn a master’s degree in Accounting from Bentley University. He became a Tax Attorney working for Deloitte Touche for more than 30 years.<br><br>High moral standards, honor, integrity and an extreme work ethic were some of his greatest attributes but nothing defined David more than his jovial sarcasm and wit. A trait that has permeated and helped shape the entire Wheeler clan. David loved music and was an avid pianist for many years. He enjoyed “The Symphony”, photography, cooking and technology.<br><br>A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday May 1, 2022 at 1:00 PM at the home of Susan Rollet<br>52 Coolidge Road Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922.<br><br>
