David Egner-Citta 31, of Toms River, NJ, died on Wednesday, April 20, 2022.
David was a lifelong resident of Toms River. He worked for Stop and Shop in Long Branch, NJ.
He had a passion for sports, including the Lakers, Yankees, and Dolphins. His favorite player was Kobe Bryant. He was a kind hearted giving person who was always helping others but never himself. He also saved four lives after he passed by donating his organs.
He was predeceased by his grandmother Marilyn Svenson and his grandmother Virginia Capodici.
Surviving is his loving daughter Aliyah, his Mother Cynthia Citta, his grandfather Philip Citta Sr., a sister Marissa Citta, his Uncle Phil Citta, Aunt Laura Citta, and cousins Leyla Citta and Joseph Citta.
There will be a Memorial Gathering on Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm with a service at 1:30pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St Catherine Blvd., Toms River, NJ.
