MUSCATINE, Iowa - Kathy L. Albright, 71, of Muscatine, passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2022, at Trinity Rock Island.

Celebration of Life will be held at 4 p.m., on Friday, April 29, 2022 at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.wittichfuneralhome.com.

Visitation will be from 2 until 4 p.m., on Friday, April 29, 2022, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made in her honor, to Bill Albright.

Kathy was born on October 1, 1950, in Muscatine, the daughter of George and Mildred Wagler Courtois. She married William H. Albright on June 27, 1970, at Community Christ Church, in Muscatine.

She graduated from Muscatine High School in 1969. She was a member of Community Christ Church and enjoyed collecting Isabel Blooms, sewing with the hospital auxiliary, growing flowers, going to casinos with Bill and her sister, and treasured her family, friends, cats, and dogs.

Kathy is survived by her husband, William 'Bill' Albright of Muscatine; three children, Christopher Albright and wife, Kimberly, of Muscatine, Shawn Albright and his son, Ivan, of North Liberty, and Matthew Albright and wife, Tammy, of Muscatine; and siblings, Sandy Grunder and husband, Paul, of Muscatine, Gary Courtois of Muscatine, Joyce Courtois Wilson and husband, Paul, of Houston, Texas, Dave Courtois and wife, Karen, of Muscatine, Craig Courtois of Muscatine, and Brian Courtois and wife, Kathy, of North Liberty.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Pat Long.
