Shirley J. (Deeter) Graham, 81, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, at Stillwater Hospice. She was born in Grant County, Indiana, on August 27, 1940, to the late William and Ruth (Roush) Deeter. Shirley graduated from Marion High School, class of 1958, and then attended Marion Business College. Shirley married the love of her life, Thomas M. Graham, on March 27, 1960. Thomas preceded her in death on October 19, 2010. Shirley worked for Marion Community Schools as a Cafeteria Supervisor for 25 years, before retiring in February of 1999. She was a member of Hillside Wesleyan Church in Marion, where she sang in the choir and taught Sunday School. Shirley also attended Mt. Olive UMC. She was a member of the CPC Sympathy Club. Shirley loved spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed flowers, reading, decorating, and traveling.

Shirley is survived by her children, Timothy "Tim" (Laurie) Graham, Longwood, FL; Todd (Lisa) Graham, Marion, IN; and Tami (Eddie) Overmyer, Sweetser; daughter-in-law, Julie Graham, New Albany, IN; sister, Patricia Johnson, Carmel, IN; grandchildren, Andrew Graham, Allison (Vandon) John, Noah (Madelyn) Graham, Grace Graham, Graham Overmyer, Gabe Overmyer, and Griffin Overmyer; great-grandchildren, Graham and Aubrey John.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Thomas Michael Graham Jr.; and brother, Raymond Deeter.

Arrangements for Shirley have been entrusted to College Park Chapel of Armes-Hunt Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 4601 South Western Avenue, Marion, Indiana 46953, where on Friday, April 22, 2022, from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., the family will have visitation for family and friends. Then on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. there will be a funeral service, with Pastor Todd Graham officiating. Burial will take place immediately following the funeral service at Park Cemetery, in Fairmount, Indiana.
