<p>Charlotte Nash Mannes, age 80, of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas died April 11, 2022, in Little Rock. Charlotte was born July 13, 1941, in Corning, Arkansas to the late Hardy Nash and Louise Baynham Scott.</p> <p>Charlotte graduated from Corning High School and moved to Texas where she met her late husband William Harvey Mannes. They were married over 50 years. She was a Realtor and broker in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas, TX.</p> <p>Upon retirement, Charlotte and Harvey moved back to Arkansas where they became involved in various volunteer opportunities through Village United Methodist Church.&nbsp; She enjoyed her beloved Arkansas Razorbacks and while she lived in Texas won an Arkansas Razorback hog calling contest.&nbsp; She enjoyed traveling to various national parks throughout the US, bridge, Bunco, and spending time with her friends and family.</p> <p>Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents and husband. Survivors include her son, Mark Mannes of College Station, TX; daughter, Laura Mannes of Hot Springs Village, AR; four grandchildren: Ashlynne, Zoe, and Kaden Mannes of College Station, TX, Briahna Yuodsnukis of Chicago, IL; niece, Dawn Cox of Searcy; nephew, Bart Jennings of Searcy; two cousins/sisters, Sandy Lessenberry, Sherry Raymond; &nbsp;and a host of extended nieces, nephews, and cousins, along with a car warranty that expires in 2052.</p> <p>A memorial service will be planned at a later date.</p> <p>Memorials may be made to <a href="https://www.villageumc.net/">Village United Methodist Church</a> or <a href="https://www.arkansashospice.org/">Arkansas Hospice</a>.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Online Guestbook: www.arkansascremation.com</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Charlotte Nash Mannes, age 80, of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas died April 11, 2022, in Little Rock. Charlotte was born July 13, 1941, in Corning, Arkansas to the late Hardy Nash and Louise Baynham Scott.
