Archie Jean Vickery

Archie Jean Vickery, 90 of Nortonville passed away Friday, April 15, 2022, at Baptist Health Deaconess.  Born February 17, 1932, to the late Archie David and Mary Madalyn (Gray) Scott.  She was a member of New Salem Baptist Church.  Jean took pride in caring for her home and family.  She was a good cook, a great homemaker and a loving wife, mother and grandmother. 

Preceded in death by her husband, Euin Harold Vickery, Sr.; sister, Betty Jo Back; and brother-in-law, Onnie Back.

Survived by her daughter, Katrina (Norman) Berry of Nortonville; son, Euin Harold "Sonny" (Cheryl) Vickery, Jr. of Lake Conroe, TX; 8 grandchildren, Elizabeth Vickery, Mary (Charlie) Cross, Kamra (Johnathan) Hall, Kara Vickery, Keath Vickery, Stevi Russ, Sunni Russ and Teddy (Crystal) Berry; 7 great-grandchildren, Justin (Rachel) Davis, Reese Davis, Reba Cross, Raylynn Cross, Euin Cross, Chloe Hall and Kaylee Jane Berry; and her caregiver of the past 7 years, Sherrie Jackson.

Service will be held Friday, April 22, at 2:00pm at New Salem Baptist Church in Nortonville with Bro. Steve Rutherford officiating.  Burial to follow at New Salem Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at noon at the church.
