Her Legacy… Marie B. Harden, 100, passed away April 15, 2022.  She was born on January 1, 1922, in Ypsilanti, Michigan to Ira Mumagh and Lillian (Bortz) Mumagh. Marie married the love of her life, Charles Harden, on June 20, 1942 in Ypsilanti, Michigan. She will be remembered as a loving, classy, happy woman who loved her family. Marie loved to plan events and worked in marketing at Briarwood Mall. She belonged to the Kiwanis Club of Whitmore Lake and was very active in her Lutheran Church. Marie loved music, she played the piano and organ. She enjoyed being in the Florida sun and going to the beach. Marie will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Her Family… Marie will be missed by; her daughter in law, Karen Harden; grandchildren, Elinor(Brent)Stanley, William(Colleen)Harden; great grandchildren, Madison Stanley, Carissa Stanley, Charlese Stanley, Sydney Stanley, Dalton Harden, Chase Harden, Colin Bothel, and Conner Bothel. She is preceded in death by; her husband, Charles Harden, parents, Ira and Lillian Momagh; and sons, Richard Harden and William Harden. 

Her Farewell… Marie’s family and friends will gather Thursday, April 21, 2022, from 6:00PM-8:00PM, at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel in Hamburg, Michigan. Her Community Farewell will be held on Friday, April 22 2022, at 11:00AM(10AM gathering) at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel. Memorial contributions are suggested to Arbor Hospice.
