Michael Nyrop 'Mike' Hoffman, 60, of Davidsonville and previously of Greenbelt, died of a heart attack May 30 at his home.
Mr. Hoffman was born Feb. 26, 1946 in Baltimore and was a self-employed printer and publisher. His interests included electronics, coin and stamp collecting and politics.
Surviving are two sons,. Michael Richard Hoffman of Centreville and Robert Allen Hoffman of Riva; one brother, Bruce Langston of Missouri; two sisters, Lynn Denny of Norfolk, Va., and Rafaelle Brooks of Greenbelt; his mother, Elsie Nyrop Forbes of Greenbelt; and two grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Martin Hoffman and Gabrielle Thompson.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Hardesty Funeral Home, 12 Ridgely Ave. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Stevensville Cemetery.
