Carmen V. DeChellis

<p>Carmen V. (Jimmy)&nbsp;DeChellis a lifelong resident of the Coraopolis-Moon Township Area&nbsp;passed away peacefully on Monday, April 11, 2022 at the age of 92.&nbsp; He was preceded in death by his parents, John&nbsp;and Luisa DeChellis.&nbsp;</p> <p>Most recently, Carmen was a resident at the Masonic Village of Sewickley.&nbsp;&nbsp;He was a long-time employee of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas where he was&nbsp;a Member of the Board of Viewers.&nbsp; Carmen met many lovely people while volunteering for many organizations throughout his life.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>A special thank you to his friend and doctor, Chris T. O&#39;Donnell, who cared for Carmen for many years.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Carmen will be greatly missed&nbsp;by his many friends.</p> <p>Friends will be welcomed on Monday from 2-7pm in the Sanvito Funeral Home, 1316 4th Ave., Coraopolis.&nbsp; A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday at 9:30am in St. Joseph Church, Coraopolis, Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish.&nbsp; Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Moon Township.&nbsp; EVERYONE PLEASE MEET IN THE CHURCH.</p> <p>In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carmen&#39;s memory to The Felician Sisters, 1500 Woodcrest Ave., Coraopolis, PA., 15108.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Obituary

Carmen V. (Jimmy) DeChellis a lifelong resident of the Coraopolis-Moon Township Area passed away peacefully on Monday, April 11, 2022 at the age of 92.  He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Luisa DeChellis. 

Most recently, Carmen was a resident at the Masonic Village of Sewickley.  He was a long-time employee of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas where he was a Member of the Board of Viewers.  Carmen met many lovely people while volunteering for many organizations throughout his life.  

A special thank you to his friend and doctor, Chris T. O'Donnell, who cared for Carmen for many years.
