Amanda J. Kelly, 39, of Fort Madison, IA, passed away at 8:45 a.m. on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at her home. She was born on November 17, 1982 in Burlington, IA to Shane & Janet Van Winkle Kelly. She first & foremost was an amazing mother and was a nurse, caregiver and enjoyed being a waitress at the Cottage Café. She recently became a member of Harvest Bible Fellowship and gave her life to God. She was a very devoted mother and was always there for her mom and Kenny. She loved concerts, art, movies, music & reading. She was very fun loving. Amanda is survived by: her partner: Willie Boyer of Niota, IL; 1-daughter: Annabelle Boyer of Fort Madison, IA; 1-son: Aydn Kelly of Fort Madison, IA; her mother & step father: Janet (Kenny) Ough of Fort Madison, IA and 3-sisters: Maureen Krell of West Des Moines, IA, Stacy (Gregg) Prskalo of Frankfort, IL & Colleen (Nick) Lacny of Chicago, IL. She was preceded in death by her father. A visitation will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Harvest Bible Fellowship Church, 2360 255th Avenue, Fort Madison, IA 52627. The funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 15, 2022 at Harvest Bible Fellowship Church with Pastor Jon Heyland officiating. Burial will be held at Oakland Cemetery in Fort Madison. A memorial has been established for her children’s education.
