Leslie LeVeque Baston Sr. (Les), after recently celebrating his 94th birthday, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2022, in Framingham, MA where he resided with his wife, Audrey.

He was born on April 2, 1928, in Boston, MA to parents Henry Baston and Marguerite LeVeque Baston. He spent most of his life in Milford, CT moving to Framingham, MA three years ago to be near family. Les retired from Toledo Scales after a long career as a top salesman winning many sales awards.

He was an avid sailor and longtime member of the Milford Yacht Club. He often participated in the Newport to Bermuda race.  He and his wife enjoyed many sailing adventures in their Endeavor sailboat. They participated in numerous MYC Cruises along the New England coast as well as traveling to Maine and Canada many summers. Les was a member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary serving as a training officer. He was a long-time member of the Ansantawae Masonic Lodge #89.

Les's wife, Audrey died Monday, April 18, 2022. He leaves his son, Leslie Baston Jr., daughter Laurie Watts, and grandchildren Nathan Baston, Erin Baston, Jessica Poole, Nicole Pisano, Brooke Willeford, and several great-grandchildren.

Funeral services are private.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation be made to the Red Cross in his memory.
