Mr. Ellis Nathaniel Scott, 78 years old, of Pineland, South Carolina, passed  on Sunday, April 3, 2022, at home. Mr. Ellis was educated in the public school system of Jasper County.  He was employed for over 35 years at the Arnold Bakery Company of Greenwich, Connecticut. Mr. Ellis was well known for his entertaining and cooking for his friends and family. The family will miss his Sunday dinners.

Mr. Ellis leaves to cherish his memories; Six Children; Chauncey (Carrie) Scott, Stacy (Christene) Scott, Michelle (Lynn) Clemons, Angela (Demarcus) Nolan, Hope Ravizee and Joy Scott, (18) Grandchildren and (21) Great Grandchildren, Two brothers; George (Levon) Scott and Everett (Tiffany) Scott, Four sisters;  Ruth Elaine Goodman, Margaret (Henry) Suttles, Hazel (Harry) Eady and Ella B. Wilson, A Sister in law; Shirley Scott, Three aunts; Irene Greene, Corrine Fletcher and Lear Willis, Special cousin; Isiah Holman, Special Friend; George Smith. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins along with relatives and friends.

A Walk Thru will be held on Friday, April 08, 2022, at Bostick Funeral Home Chapel in Ridgeland, South Carolina from 5-7 PM.

 A Final Viewing will be held on Saturday, April 09, 2022, from 10:30-11:00 AM at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Pineland, South Carolina.

A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, April 09, 2022, 11:00 AM at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Pineland, South Carolina.
