Bonnita Sue “Bonnie” Cotterman, age 74, of Sidney, passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at Wilson Health in Sidney.  She was born on May 1, 1947, in Sidney to the late Chester and Agnes (Clark) Trowbridge.

Bonnie is survived by her children: Denise Hoover, Doug (Fiancé: Delane Tyler) Hoover, Jr. and Christopher Hoover, all of Sidney; grandchildren: Sasha Hoover, Nicholas Hoover and Nikole Hoover; great grandchildren: Emmett and Lindyn; sister: Diane (Robert) Elliott of Sidney; special friend: Teresa Stackonis of Sidney; and two dogs: Huey and Olivia.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Michael Cotterman.

Bonnie retired after 35 years from United Telephone.  She had also been employed at Holloway/Augusta Sportswear.  Bonnie was a 1965 graduate of Sidney High School.  She was a member of the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Sidney, where she was an Elder.  She also attended the Pasco United Methodist Church, where she volunteered.  Bonnie loved her church family and was known for her great sense of humor.

Services will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are being handled by Adams Funeral Home, 1401 Fair Road, Sidney, OH.
