Marie Dean, 76 of Closplint, KY passed away Thursday morning of March 31, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
   Marie was born April 20, 1945 in Cranks, KY to the late John Ance and Elsie Mae Day Harris. She was a homemaker and believed in the Baptist faith.
   Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Wayne A. Dean; sisters; her twin, Irene Fox, Dixie Rhymer, Geraldine Elkins, Cassie Burgan, Maxine Allen, and Louise Hensley; brothers, Louis, Arthur, and Elmer Harris.
   She is survived by her daughter, Sandy (Junior) Milwee; 4 grandchildren, Nikki (Justin) Hawkins, Heather (Frank) Allen, Albert (Julie) Milwee, and Bradley (Mackenzie) Milwee; 4 great grandchildren that she loved dearly, Cameron Hawkins, Emily Allen, Frank "Bubby" Allen, and Zander Hawkins; sister, Stella Canterbury; sister in law, Cinda Sue Harris; brother in law, Doug Fox; a neighbor that was like a grandson, Cheyenne Holman; she leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, to mourn her passing. 
   Visitation will be 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm Friday (April 1) at the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home.
   Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday (April 2) in the Chapel of the Anderson-Laws & Jones Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Ed Ford officiating. Music will be provided by Stan Nicely and Rebecca Bennett.
   Burial will be in the Dean Cemetery at Highsplint, KY where she will be laid to rest with her beloved Husband, Wayne. 
   Pallbearers will be Frank Allen, Justin Hawkins, Albert Milwee, Bradley Milwee, Junior Milwee, Cheyenne Holman will serve as Pallbearers.
