Ringling- Private inurnment services for Connie Lou (Cross) Miller, 76, of Lone Grove are scheduled to be held at Ringling Memorial Cemetery. Cremation services are under the care of Alexander Gray Crematory of Ringling.

Connie was born on Feb. 12, 1946, at Cornish to the late Mr. James T. Cross and Mrs. Fannie (Whitener) Cross. She departed this life on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at a hospital in Ardmore.

Connie was raised in this area graduating high school from Gene Autry. She attended college at East Central University and soon received her certification in early childhood education. Most of her years were spent working with children at the Gloria Ainsworth Daycare in Ardmore, where she retired from. Connie always enjoyed spending time with her sons and other family.

Preceding her in death are her parents and her twin brother, Ronnie Cross.

Survivors include her sons, Monte Miller and Murdock Miller, both of Lone Grove; sisters, Wilma Blankenship, Carolyn Russell, Patsy Rudd, Elaine Hunt and Marie Howes; brother, Jimmy Cross; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; numerous other family and friends.
