<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Darlene Joyce Pyle</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;"><strong>1935 - 2022</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;">A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, April 1, 2022, at Azleland Cemetery &amp; Memorial Park beginning at 10:00 AM.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Darlene Joyce Pyle, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, went to be with the Lord on March 28, 2022.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">In Virden, IL on April 27, 1935, Darlene was born to Harry and Reva Emmons. She married the love of her life, Richard Pyle, on April 4, 1955 and together raised two beautiful daughters.&nbsp; Darlene enjoyed the simpler things in life, such as a quiet morning working on a crossword or watching game shows and baseball games with her husband.&nbsp; She took pride in the family she raised.&nbsp; Darlene cherished the time she was able to spend with them.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">She has been reunited with her parents, Harry and Reva Emmons, and sisters, Norma Jean Emmons and Jeri Walls, in God&rsquo;s Eternal Kingdom.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Darlene will be deeply and lovingly missed by her husband of 67 years, Richard Pyle; daughters, Debbie Nicewonger and husband, Lee, and Sherry Retcofsky and husband, Paul; grandchildren, Brandon Nicewonger, Natalie Weaver (Clint), Brent Nicewonger (Stacy), Ryan Retcofsky, and Linsey Retcofsky; great-grandchildren, Colton and Nolan Weaver, Braden Nicewonger, and Rory, Remy, and Emmy Barton; sisters, Margie Etter and husband, John, and Dorothy Crocks; and a host of loving extended family and friends.&nbsp;</p>

Darlene Joyce Pyle, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, went to be with the Lord on March 28, 2022.
