Margaret Martin

February 28th, 1938 - March 28th, 2022

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mom, Nan and Nanny, Margaret Martin. Predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Brian Martin, her great granddaughter Lilly Armstrong and her parents Arthur and Della Toop (nee Hueston). Margaret is survived by her daughter Kimberley (Vincent Elder) and her son Kenneth Martin. She will be greatly missed by her granddaughter Amanda Armstrong and her two great grandsons, James and Henry Armstrong, who always put a huge smile on her face. Also left to mourn her passing is Craig West, who she always called her second son and Brandon Armstrong, who was like a grandson to her. Margaret will also be missed by her dear friend and “sister” Christine Stewart of Luton, England.

As per Margaret’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A private family service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to an animal rescue shelter of your choice or the Canadian Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
