Obituary

It is with broken hearts and fond memories we announce the passing of a beautiful mom, wife, grandmother, daughter, sister in law, aunt and friend. Louise passed peacefully away at the Dr. A. Miller Centre surrounded by her loving family.

She is welcomed into the gates of heaven by her father, William L. Chafe, father in law, Fred Price Sr. and mother in law, Olive Price.

She leaves to mourn with broken hearts, her beloved and devoted husband, Fred Price; her most precious gift, her son, Frederick Price; daughter in law, Nicole and the love of her life, her precious grandchildren, Frederick and Alyssa. Louise also leaves to mourn with a broken heart, her mom, Winnie Chafe; sisters, Jennifer (Hein) and Heather (Bill); brothers, Bruce(Myrna), Brian (Susie), Derek(Michelle) and Roger; sisters in law, Margaret (Lou), Brenda (Gerard) and Sandra (Scott); brothers in law, Wilson (Charlotte), Richard (Michelle) and Paul; nephews, Ashton, Ethan, Jacob, Drayton, Brandon, Bradley, Charlie, William, Chris, John, Allan, Bernard, Josh, Shannon, Andrew, Michael and Jordan; nieces, Shawna, Kayla, Jennifer, Susie and Christa; as well as a large circle of cousins from the Price and Chafe families.

Louise also leaves broken hearted her best friends, Cynthia, Donna and Sharon.

Nurse Louise, as everyone knew her, spent much of her life caring for so many. She was the doctor, the nurse, the counselor and supporter that touched so many lives around her. Her smile, big blue eyes, patience and caring soul will remain with us forever.

The family wants to thank all the doctors and nurses that provided her care during her courageous battle with cancer. There are so many people that have helped Louise’s family in the last several months; it's impossible to thank everyone individually for the phone calls, meals, pop-bys and messages. Always and forever in our hearts we love and miss you so much.
