FITCHBURG – Richard J. Bissonnette, 79, a resident of Fitchburg, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2022, in HealthAlliance Leominster Hospital following a period of declining health.
Richard was born on September 24, 1942, a son of the late Roland D. and Rita E. (Dennihan) Bissonnette. He lived in Fitchburg for many years and worked as a Dye Setter in the Leominster area.
Richard was predeceased by both of his parents, his wife of 38 years Gail (Rostedt) Bissonnette in 2012, brothers; Joseph “Joe” Bissonnette, Raymond Bissonnette, James Gauvin, and his two sisters Jacqueline Godin, and Katherine Bissonnette.
Richard’s passions were spending time with his family and friends, fishing, and camping.
Services for Richard will be private.
