<p>Mr. Donnie Tharp, 83, of Salem, KY, passed from this life on Sunday, March 27, 2022, at Salem Springlake Health and Rehabilitation Center.</p> <p>He was born in Salem, KY, on October 23, 1938, to Crawford and Ruth Lockhart Tharp.</p> <p>Mr Tharp had worked as a car man for L & N Railroad. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and just about any activity which involved being outdoors. </p> <p>He is survived by his wife, Helen Tharp of Salem, KY; sons, Mark Tharp (Terri) of Dover, TN, and Buddy Ramage (Amelia) of Burna, KY; daughters, Donna Brewer (Tracey) of Cumming, GA, and Tammy Copenhagen of Grand Rivers, KY; seven grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.</p> <p>He was preceded in death by his parents.</p> <p>Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, April 2, 2022, at Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services.
