<p>Rolanda Irene Ivey Eichhorn departed this life on Friday, March 18, 2022.&nbsp; She was born in Santa Barbara, California in 1951 to Roland and Marguerite Ivey.&nbsp; She graduated from Hollywood High and enjoyed surfing in the Pacific.</p> <p>She married Gregory Eichhorn and they lived in League City, Texas for forty-two years.&nbsp; Her main interests were gardening, traveling, painting, poetry, and most of all, photography. Graduating from University of Houston Clear Lake with a BS and an MA, she was first employed by the University of Texas &ndash; Medical Branch in Galveston.&nbsp; Her second career was teaching high school at South Houston and Pasadena Memorial in the Business Department in accounting and computer science.</p> <p>She was preceded in death by her parents.</p> <p>She is survived by her loving husband, Greg; her son, Casey; her sister, Janet Foster (Dallas) and nieces and nephews.</p> <p>A graveside service will be held at Miller Cemetery, Middletown, Indiana at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 26th.</p> <p>Online Condolences are available at www.ballardandsons.com</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Obituary

Rolanda Irene Ivey Eichhorn departed this life on Friday, March 18, 2022.  She was born in Santa Barbara, California in 1951 to Roland and Marguerite Ivey.  She graduated from Hollywood High and enjoyed surfing in the Pacific.

She married Gregory Eichhorn and they lived in League City, Texas for forty-two years.  Her main interests were gardening, traveling, painting, poetry, and most of all, photography.
