Peacefully passed on Tuesday March 15, 2022 at Jefferson Hospital.  Tracy was the beloved daughter of Sandra (Croft) Graham and William Powell. Sister of Kimberly Broker and John Graham. Special aunt of Alyssa Powell and Robbie Broker.  Tracy was also loved by many friends. She was a Monroeville volunteer EMT and a volunteer fireman for Monroeville and Pitcairn. Her favorite team was the Dallas Cowboys. She adored her niece and nephew and spent much time with them.
