Josephine Louise Stephens Josephine Louise Stephens, 78, of Parkersburg, passed away December 10, 2015, at her residence. She was born in Long Bottom, OH a daughter of the late W. B. Fleming and Minnie Ours Fleming Carroll. She was formerly employed by Western Electric in Columbus, OH, working on the assembly line and was also the Union representative. She enjoyed reading. She is survived by her son Jeffery Dana Stephens (Judy), of Rockport, WV; grandchildren Alexander Stephens, Blake Stephens (Tiffany), and Haley Stephens; a sister Cindy Lou Fitch. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Kathlene Corson, and Wanda Donaldson and a brother Wayne Fleming. It was her wish not to have services.
