Barbara was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Albert Neighoff &amp; the late May Neighoff (nee Brittenbach). She is the beloved mother of William Dorsey III, Steven Dorsey (&amp; his wife Norma), &amp; Richard Dorsey Sr. (&amp; his wife Tanya); loving grandmother of Richard Jr., Alyssa, Rachel, Cody, Natalie, Billy IV, Benjamin, Katie, Jacob, &amp; Brandon; caring great grandmother of Jordyn &amp; Trey. She is also survived by many close nieces &amp; nephews. Barbara is predeceased by her husbands William Dorsey Jr., Harry Wink Sr., James Bernard &amp; her siblings Dorothy Neighoff, Albert Neighoff Jr., &amp; Eugene Neighoff.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:18px;">Family &amp; friends may gather at the family owned &amp; operated Ambrose Funeral Home, Inc., 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Halethorpe, Maryland 21227 for a public visitation on Tuesday, March 22 from 3:00-5:00pm &amp; 7:00-9:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held at&nbsp;The Church of the Holy Apostles and St. Stephen on Wednesday, March 23 at 11:00am. Interment will immediately follow at Loudon Park Cemetery. If you&rsquo;re wishing to make a donation, donations may be made in Barbara&rsquo;s name to The Church of the Holy Apostles and St. Stephen&nbsp;&amp; Hospice of the Chesapeake.</span></p>
