Barbara May Bernard

Barbara May Bernard, age 83, sadly passed away on March 16, 2022. Barbara was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Albert Neighoff & the late May Neighoff (nee Brittenbach). She is the beloved mother of William Dorsey III, Steven Dorsey (& his wife Norma), & Richard Dorsey Sr. (& his wife Tanya); loving grandmother of Richard Jr., Alyssa, Rachel, Cody, Natalie, Billy IV, Benjamin, Katie, Jacob, & Brandon; caring great grandmother of Jordyn & Trey. She is also survived by many close nieces & nephews. Barbara is predeceased by her husbands William Dorsey Jr., Harry Wink Sr., James Bernard & her siblings Dorothy Neighoff, Albert Neighoff Jr., & Eugene Neighoff.

Family & friends may gather at the family owned & operated Ambrose Funeral Home, Inc., 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Halethorpe, Maryland 21227 for a public visitation on Tuesday, March 22 from 3:00-5:00pm & 7:00-9:00pm. A Funeral Service will be held at The Church of the Holy Apostles and St. Stephen on Wednesday, March 23 at 11:00am. Interment will immediately follow at Loudon Park Cemetery. If you’re wishing to make a donation, donations may be made in Barbara’s name to The Church of the Holy Apostles and St. Stephen & Hospice of the Chesapeake.
