George H. Schick Obituary

George Henry Schick, 86, of Bayville, passed away peacefully at home on March 15, 2022. Born in Jersey City, he was raised in Secaucus and lived in Saddle Brook before settling to Bayville. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Airforce where he served two terms. He was a truck driver for 30 years employed with Penn Yan Express in N.Y. before working for Berkeley Township as a zoning officer.

He is predeceased by his son, George William Schick and by his four siblings.

Surviving are his beloved wife of 62 years, Rosemarie Schick, his daughter, Donna Maier and husband Jay, and grandson Perry Maier.

Friends and family are kindly invited to a memorial service on Saturday, March 19, 2022, from 11am-12pm at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd, Bayville, NJ 08721. In lieu of flowers donations in George’s name made to the Bayville First Aid Squad (BayvilleFAS.org) would be greatly appreciated.
