<p><em><strong><span style="font-size:20px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">Charles “Mike” Myers</span></span></strong></em></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-size:20px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">67 of Somerville, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2022.</span></span></strong></em></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-size:20px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">He was born November 24, 1954, in Jellico, Tennessee to the late John and Ruby (Daugherty) Myers.</span></span></strong></em></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-size:20px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his siblings, Billy Ray Myers, Bobby Lee Myers, Johnny Paul Myers, and Willa Myers.</span></span></strong></em></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-size:20px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">He is survived by his loving companion of 32 years, Dorothy Lintner; siblings, Stanley Myers, Jimmy Myers, and Kathy Myers; special grandchildren, Corie, Joshua, and Christopher; beloved dog, Cookie; and several nieces and nephews.</span></span></strong></em></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-size:20px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">Mike was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army serving from 1973 to 1976. After an Honorable Discharge, he went on to become a truck driver, a job Mike truly enjoyed. He was known to be a decent person who would always help other people.</span></span></strong></em></p> <p><em><strong><span style="font-size:20px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">There will be a graveside service with Military Honors Friday, March 18 at 1PM at Fairmound Cemetery, West Elkton.</span></span></strong></em></p>
