Lunenburg-Patricia A. Cormier-Sprague, 80, died in HealthAlliance – Clinton Hospital, Leominster on Thursday, March 10, 2022.

   Pat was born in Fitchburg, MA on February 14, 1942, a daughter of the late Leon J. and Mildred (Ladue) Cormier. She was the beloved wife of the late Leonard E. Sprague who passed away in 2004.

   For many years Pat worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Burbank Hospital in Fitchburg, MA. She also worked at the Clinton Senior Center as a site manager. Pat was a longtime communicant of Our Lady of the Lake Church in Leominster, as well as St. Cecilia Church in Leominster. She enjoyed volunteering at the Leominster Senior Center for several years. Pat’s greatest passion in life was cooking. She also loved to watch Food Network where she found inspiration for new dishes. Pat will be remembered as a kind woman who had a great love for cats.

   Pat is survived by her brother, Frederick Cuddy of Lunenburg, MA; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved friends Barbara and Gerald Gallant of Leominster, MA. In addition to her parents and husband, Pat was predeceased by her sisters, Elizabeth Richards and Marilyn Penfield.

   A graveside service will be held in St. Bernard Cemetery, Fitchburg, MA in the spring. Please check back for service date and time.
