Arlene Lantz Arlene Snyder Lantz, 78 of Parkersburg, passed away January 14, 2017 at the Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born August 19, 1938 in Buckhannon, WV a daughter of the late Dorsey "Jack" and Vecie (Lower) Snyder. Mrs. Lantz retired from the Bureau of Public Debt in Parkersburg. She enjoyed oil painting. Surviving are two daughters: Mary Lea Wolfe of Belpre and Vonnie Lantz of Davisville, four siblings: Junior Harris, Merritt Snyder, Mary Ruth Campbell and Don Snyder, all of Buckhannon, five grandchildren: Joshua Twyman, Rodney Twyman, Stephanie Jarvis, Holly Brookover and Eric Hjelmstad, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Vaughn Lantz, her brother Danny Snyder and her son-in-law Jack Wolfe. Memorial services will be Saturday 1PM at the Independent United Brethren Church in Buckhannon with her brother, Reverend Junior Harris officiating.
