Ms. Chavila Helena Bullard, 39, of Pembroke, was born December 31, 1982 to the late Mr. Johnnie W. Bullard (Barbara) and Ms. Helen L. Bullard and went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at her residence.

Ms. Chavila is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Mr. William and Mrs. Dicie Revels Lowry; paternal grandparents, Mr. Joffer Bullard and Mrs. Essie Mae Locklear Bullard; her father, Johnnie W. Bullard; her uncle, Fairley Jacobs; and her beloved brother, Daniel K. Bullard.

Ms. Chavila's greatest accomplishments were her three beautiful children, and her legacy will be carried on through each one of them.  Her greatest passion was for cooking and she utilized it as a way of distributing love with her business, Cha-Cha's Creations.

Ms. Chavila leaves to cherish her memories, her three children, Jayla K. Jacobs, Josiah K. Jacobs and Jenaya K. Jacobs; her mother, Helen L. Bullard; three brothers, Joshua Bullard (Bettina), Jonathan Bullard (Bonnie), Harold Bullard; one sister, Ellie Bullard; two nieces, Chloe and Italaya; one nephew, Chance; and a host of family and friends.
