<p>Iuka&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Christopher Lewis &quot;Chris&quot; Blair passed away Wed March 9th 2022 at his mother&#39;s residence in Iuka.&nbsp; Chris was a painter/contractor by trade and a tattoo artist.He was born Oct 9, 1976 in Tishomingo County Ms to Sherry Blair and David Blackard.&nbsp; He leaves a son Justin Blair of Tellico Plains, Tn, a daughter Sarentti Blair of Al, his wife Samantha &quot;Sam&quot; Blair of Iuka and his mother Sherry Blair of Iuka.&nbsp; 1 brother Jeremy Rice of Iuka and 1 grand son Brayle Jase Blair.&nbsp; He is preceeded by his father David Blackard.
