<p>Morris &quot;Lock&quot; Williams Sr. of Palmetto, FL was born July 29, 1957 to the late Jesse Williams Sr. and Mary Wiggins Williams. He entered into&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; eternal rest on Monday, March 7, 2022 at Bay Pines Veterans Hospital in Bay Pines, FL.</p> <p>Morris was educated in the Manatee County Public School System&nbsp;&nbsp; graduating in 1976. He joined the United States Army in 1976 and served until 1979.&nbsp; After his time served in the Army, Morris served 22 years in the United States Army Reserve, finishing in 2004. In addition to his military service, Morris also worked at the Manatee County Sheriff&#39;s Office as a Sheriff Deputy for 30 years. He retired in 2015. Morris was employed at Tropicana Products for seven years.&nbsp; Morris loved fishing and mowing his lawn</p> <p>Morris was united in holy matrimony to his beautiful wife, Melissa Rose Thomas on June 27, 1986. To this union they had two children: Morris Williams Jr. and Monica Raenell Williams.</p> <p>He was member of St. Stephen A.M.E. Church where he served as a Trustee.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>He was preceded in death by his father Jesse Williams Sr, and mother Mary Wiggins Williams, two brothers: Jesse Williams Jr. and Joseph Williams, three sisters: Betty Jean Williams, Vinnie Mae Williams and Jewell Williams</p> <p>Cherishing loving memories of Morris&#39; life and golden smile are: his wife of 35 years: Melissa Rose Williams, children: Morris Williams Jr. and Monica Raenell Williams, his canine companion: Missy, sister: Lynette Williams; brothers: Alvin Wiggins, James Williams, and Lawrence (Janice) Williams, a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins, Two sisters-in-law: Patsy Crawley and Darlene (Jasper)&nbsp;Miller; four brothers-in-law: George R. Morris "Lock" Williams Sr. of Palmetto, FL was born July 29, 1957 to the late Jesse Williams Sr. and Mary Wiggins Williams. He entered into    eternal rest on Monday, March 7, 2022 at Bay Pines Veterans Hospital in Bay Pines, FL.

Morris was educated in the Manatee County Public School System   graduating in 1976.
