Her Legacy… Virginia Sophia Brothers “Babcia”, 97, passed away March 8, 2022.  She was born on September 9, 1924, in Hamtramck, Michigan to John and Zofia (Janowicz) Krajewski. She was preceded in death by husbands: Zygmunt Matuszewski, George Sullivan, and Donald Brothers. She is survived by her daughters, Diane (Rod) Ott, Georgianna Sullivan; five grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter. She was a housewife and also worked at General Motors for ten years.  

Virginia loved crocheting, quilting, reading, playing slot machines, and watching the Detroit Tigers. Above all, she loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. 

Her Farewell… Virginia’s family and friends will gather Monday, March 14, 2022 for her Community Farewell at 4:00pm (1:00-4:00pm public gathering) at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Hamburg Chapel. Rev. Bill Donahue will serve as celebrant. Memorial Contributions are suggested to the Livingston County Humane Society.
