It is with great sadness that the family of Joseph Andrew Savoury announces his passing at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Care Center at Harbour Breton on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, age 82 years of Belleoram.

Joseph leaves to mourn his loving family: son, Andrew (Jane) at Belleoram; daughter, Marlene (Neil McCarthy) at St. Jacques; step daughters, Pearl Abbott (Charlie) and Mary Lane, all at Grand Falls-Windsor; step sons, Cecil Savoury (Hilda) at Grand Falls-Windsor and Cyril Savoury (Laura) at Ontario; grandchildren, Tyson Savoury (Jennifer) at Coomb’s Cove, Tiffany Savoury (Jeremy) at Grand Falls-Windsor, Mitchell McCarthy and Marcus McCarthy, both at Halifax, NS; great grandsons, Lincoln and Jaxson; his home support workers, whom he considered family, Roxanne Skinner at St. Jacques and Judy Savoury at Belleoram; as well as a circle of step children, other relatives and friends.

Predeceased by his wife, Ida; step sons, Onslow Savoury and William Savoury; step sons in law, George Hollett and Dereck Lane.

Cremation to take place.

Funeral Service will be announced at a later date.
