Velma Kuzub (nee Hatvaney) was born at Forrest Farm, SK, on November 27, 1928. She died on Friday, March 4, 2022, at the age of 93 years.

Velma was predeceased by her loving husband, Steve; infant daughter Shirley; parents Helen and Frank Hatvaney; and brother Frank William.

She is survived by her sister, Kathleen Anderson; sons William (Debbie), Danny and Darwin; daughter Brenda; grandsons Willy (Alissa), Jody, Matthew (Ley) and Kyle (Olga); granddaughter Miranda; great-granddaughters Zenovia, Oakley, Arena and Marion; great-grandson Ezra and step-great-grandsons Reece, Landon, Pierce and Presley. Also surviving are sisters- and brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
