He was born on August 24, 1949 in Hamilton, OH to the late Vernon and Harriet (Young) Hartman, Sr.</span></strong></em></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:20px;"><em><strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">David was a very helpful man who never met a stranger and loved everyone, especially God. He attended the Hamilton Church of God and Calvary Church. David was always helping people, from getting the newspaper, mowing lawns, and retrieving groceries for the elderly. He enjoyed riding his bike around the neighborhood and collecting hot wheels. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.</span></strong></em></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:20px;"><em><strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;">He is preceded in death by his parents. David is survived by his siblings; Vernon F. (Nora) Hartman Jr, George R. (Jean) Hartman, Joy S. (Bucky) Hall, Janet L. (Ron) Relliford, Joe R.
