Carol Ann Burkevich Obituary


Carol Ann Burkevich, 77, of Fountain Hill, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 28, 2022 while int he care of Arden Court, Easton. She was the loving wife of Albert “Albie” Burkevich with whom she shared over 55 years of loving marriage. Born in Fountain Hill, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Esther L. (Parenti) Barbarics. Carol Ann was a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School. She worked as a bookkeeper for Orthopaedic Associates of Bethlehem for most of her life and then worked for Coordinated Health until she retired. Carol Ann was an avid reader and she enjoyed spending time with Albie and their friends at their cabin in Parryville.  She had a love for animals and took care of all the stray cats in the neighborhood. She was a devoted supporter of the SPCA. 


Survivors: In addition to her loving husband Albie, she will be remembered by her goddaughter Ashley Koehler; Susan Koehler and many other loving friends. 


Services: Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Carol Ann’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Cantelmi Funeral Home, Fountain Hill. A memory tribute may be placed at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.


Contributions: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lehigh County Humane Society, 640 Dixon Street, Allentown, PA 18103.
