Edith A. Wheeler Obituary
Edith A. Wheeler, age 90, of Mount Vernon, passed on Friday, Feb. 25, 2022 at Whispering Hills Care Center.
She was born on June 3, 1931 in Macedonia, Ohio and was the daughter of the late William and Ida (Ziegler) Skelley Sr.
Edith was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church.
Edith is survived by a granddaughter and a brother-in-law, Barry (Dana) Wheeler.
She is preceded in death by her husband George Wheeler, daughters, Celestine Wheeler and Laura Wheeler, four brothers, and a sister.
The family will observe a private burial in Amity Cemetery.
The Snyder Funeral Home – Lasater Chapel is handling the services for the Wheeler family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the East Knox Fire Dept.
