Martha Parkhouse Obituary
Martha D. Parkhouse,75, of Delavan, passed away Friday, February 18, 2022 at Unity Point Health Methodist in Peoria.
She was born April 7, 1946 in Lawton, OK to Richard and Darlene Herring Kennedy. She married Darrell Parkhouse in 1995 in Pekin, and he survives.
Also surviving are one brother, Richard Stanley Kennedy of Washington.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Martha worked as a hairdresser for 25 years in Creve Coeur and worked as kitchen manager at Burger King in Morton for 15 years.
She enjoyed reading, being a wife and helping others.
Cremation has been accorded. A visitation will be from 1 to 3 pm Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Delavan. Burial will be in Prairie Rest Cemetery in Delavan.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Midwest Affiliate or Shriner’s Hospital for Children.
